This valley is deep in the wilderness of the qathet region, about 50km North of Powell River BC. The Eldred is home to magnificent alpine regions, frozen lakes, deep forests and beautiful rivers and streams. In the centre is the Colin Arthur Dionne Memorial Climbers Camp, surrounded by vast and towering granite rock faces. This piece was created as a passion of discovery, as the beauty of this region is what inspired me to begin making maps in the first place. This place is a part of me, and my relationship with it has growth deeper through the fabrication of this map.
